Getting hot in here: Jeff Larson of the proton source department took this picture from behind Wilson Hall with the Fluke IR imager. "It's a camera that can see IR light and accurately tell you what the temperature is on certain surfaces," he said.

The husband of someone at work got to play with one of these for a few days and took a load of pictures of common objects, well-known places in London, etc. They're all on clip-art sites of the "pay a shitload of money to use this picture in your glossy magazine" variety so I can't show examples.
