Yes, I have read a few; our school library had some of the senior Swifts and, having been a big fan of Junior's Atomic-Age adventures, I read some of them.
The only one I own is Tom Swift and His Photo-Telephone, which makes an interesting security argument for videophones: If you can see the person you're talking to, it's easier to be sure of his identity than with a voice-only phone. Voices can be imitated.
