Bacon Brittle (goes off to retch...) I used to love bacon until... I had to eat Jowl bacon because we were too poor for the good stuff when I was young. Then as a young adult I would cook 2-3 lbs. of bacon at a time for my ex. and he would consume it all in one sitting. And now I'm a vegetarian and the idea just grosses me out... But now that veggie bacon stuff is pretty good.
