Imagine how tough it must be to come up with stuff that's stupider than journalists do habitually.

While your observation is valid, I don't think any journalist is to blame for this particular revelation.

One imagine that Amazon has measures in place to prevent this kind of error; apparently, their defenses are imperfect.
