The first Chinese manned spacecraft, of course, actually turned out to be a rather sophisticated multi-passenger vehicle; so far it's flown three rookie crews, of one, two and three people respectively. And I believe three Scaled Composites test flights fall under his initial definition as well, so Mike Melvill and Brian Binnie are additional singletons.
