At least you got your book - even though it was unreadable. I paid my money and got a link to a file that didn't exist. I emailed them and was sent a message to read their instructions (the ones reproduced here). Didn't help. I emailed them again and got the same response. I then filed a complaint with Paypal - and got a response from million-books, saying if I withdrew the complaint they would make the text available. The didn't respond to the point that there was no file to download. I escalated the complaint with Paypal. Again, if you withdraw complaint we will let you have the book. No recognition that there was no book to download. So if you want to do your dough - buy up big from million-dollar-book-thieves.
